CS. Datla Hanumanta Raju, Past President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI, a Statutory body under an Act of Parliament). He is the promoter and torch bearer of our firm and has to his credit more than three decades of rich experience in various facets of public issues and worked for 11 years holding various designations in corporates and in leading Share Registrars before setting up his practice in the name and style of D. HANUMANTA RAJU & CO, COMPANY SECRETARIES at Hyderabad in the year 1990. He played a pivotal role in the Central Council of the ICSI and had been elected as the President of the ICSI for the year 2009. He was the Vice President of the ICSI during 2008. His role in the various committees and sub-committees of the ICSI was of paramount importance. He was Chairman of Hyderabad Chapter and SIRC of ICSI. He takes training classes for Independent Directors of Listed Companies. He is a visiting faculty for renowned B-schools and also for the Institutes of CS, CMA and CA for the past 42 years in Hyderabad. He has to his credit the incredible record of non-stop teaching for 27 hours, 27 minutes and 27 seconds for professionals. He travelled around 25 countries and addressed on Corporate Governance and CSR. He received Corporate Governance Award from President of India as a President of the ICSI in the year 2009. He has so far addressed more than 30 seminars on various topics of Companies Act, 2013 all over India.

Smt Shaik Razia M.Com, FCS, L.L.B, Partner

CS. Shaik Razia, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and Master of Commerce. A Partner of the firm with profound experience which encompasses, inter alia various Corporate Laws, FEMA etc. She brings in fresh outlook and knowledge base backed by work experience of about Twenty Years. She worked as a Lecturer in Commerce and was the visiting faculty for the Institutes of CS, CMA and CA.

CS. Mohit Kumar Goyal, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and Bachelor of Commerce. He is the Partner of our firm with rich experience in various Corporate Laws. He is sincere, hard worker and brings reputation to the firm by delivering assignments to the clients in time. He has very good analytical mind and analyses the subject and provides knowledge to the clients.
